[ICANN-CSC] PTI Staffing Update

As I mentioned in the meeting yesterday, this message had gone under my
radar. :-(

Naela,

I will truly miss you and your contributions to our group, and I'm very
sad to see you leave, but, as the others, I'm glad to see you taking on
new challenges. The fact that you remain with ICANN gives me hope for
continued interaction and collaboration. I wish you all the best!
