Yes, even though the request technically breached the manual lodgment SLA, it did not cause any customer issue/complaint due to the nature and timing.

    The commentary says this was a routine tech change and it was lodged at Xmas. My assumption is that even though this technically breached the SLA this did not cause any customer issue/complaint due to the nature and timing, would that be a fair assumption?
