[ICANN-CSC] Nominations for the CSC chair and vice chair positions.

Alejandra, all,

Thank you for your kind words and for nominating me.

I have held back my confirmation, as I wanted to secure support from my
employer and also from the RSSAC for continuing in this role. That took
a while but is now done.

So: I humbly accept your nomination of chair.

The formal part of the process will take place during the meeting next
week. Note that the floor is still open for more nominations, and will
continue to be so until the apppointment is made.
