[ICANN-CSC] Scheduled Times - Subject and Body inconsistencies

Dear Claudia,

Sorry to call your attention to this but I don't use calendar
applications and rely only on the subject and body of the messages.

Our agreed time for the upcoming meeting is 10 UTC. The attached two
messages are inconsistent with this information.

Please clarify this on a new message and make sure that the following
messages are accurate and consistent on agreed scheduled times.
