You may have already seen the PTI report for the month of December, which was circulated this week, in which they report 100% compliance. Beyond reviewing it, there are no other pressing items that need to be discussed this month. I therefore propose that we <b>defer our meeting originally scheduled for 15 January</b> and discuss the PTI report by email. I would hope that we could approve our report by January 17 2018.
