<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:14.0pt">As you may recall from our Abu Dhabi meeting, we had originally scheduled our first meeting this year for January 15 2018. However, this proved to be difficult for our US colleagues, given that
it is a public holiday there. Finding a suitable alte<span style="color:black">rn</span>ative time has proved to be a challenge. You may have already seen the PTI report for the month of December, which was circulated this week, in which they report 100%
compliance. Beyond reviewing it, there are no other pressing items that need to be discussed this month. I therefore propose that we
<b>defer our meeting originally scheduled for 15 January</b> and discuss the PTI report by email. I would hope that we could approve our report by January 17 2018. If you agree, then our
