and the feasibility of the proposed change. My understanding is that, notwithstanding the multiple discussions on the actual SLA changes that the CSC and PTI have had about SLA changes, this written recommendation has not yet occurred. So, my question is
– can this written recommendation be done before the IANA Contract changes are made?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
