[IDN-WG] [ALAC-Internal] Draft Implementation Plan for IDN Fast Track Process

 Since these are alac comments, I had earlier sent the draft comment
statement to the alac lists, and was not sure if changes to the draft
comment statement were to be sought from the RALOs and at-large.  May I now
request Staff to send this to the at large list and to any other list as may
be appropriate?
