[IDN-WG] [ALAC-Internal] Draft Statement on IDN Fast Track Proposal v3

Hello Tina

The points raised in point 7,8,9  in the ALAC draft comment in reference to
the absence of links to documents etc. are general, minor observations, and
to be taken as a suggestion for maintaining the completeness of the draft
implementation report. It was NOT implied that this is a serious omission,
nor implied that there was any reason for any intent.

The draft comments may please NOT be seen as directed to IDN staff, and
certainly there was no misunderstanding about staff / working groups that
would have compiled the third revison of the plan on which the draft
comments were prepared.
