[IDN-WG] [ALAC] Public Comment open on Universal Acceptance

Evan,

This is a first attempt to deal with the issue of Universal Acceptance,
which should be encouraged.  Solving the technical issues is crucial.

If you believe the scope should cover political issues, please provide that
feedback as the proposal is up for comment.
