[IDN-WG] New Public Comment: Proposal for Arabic Script Root Zone Label Generation Rules (LGR)

Thanks Ariel.

I've taken a preliminary look at the proposal, and it appears to me that
commenting on the proposal would require a deep knowledge of the Arabic
script.

We may therefore need to first check with our Arabic-speaking ALSes if they
have comments.
