[IDN-WG] [UA-discuss] Invitation to Join working groups

Hi Roberto

At this point, I'm reasonably sure that there are some folks common to this
WG and the UASG mailing list, but I do not know how many and who.

I've volunteered for the technology & communications WGs in response to the
latest call.
