[Idngwg] IDNGWG Presentations at ICANN 57

In the presentation for the IDN Program Update it says that the Guidelines are " Contractually binding for Registrars and Registries for gTLDs". That is not completely true, as far as I know. It should probably say that they are " Contractually binding for Registrars and Registries for gTLDs under Registry Agreement with ICANN" or something.
