Thank you for your work.

The only thing I found was the lack space between recommendation 10 and 11, compared to the space between the other recommendations.

Based on our meeting today the attached version (redline) has been finalized for public comment publication.  The call recording from today has been published at the IDNGWG wiki page.

It is attached for review and any final comments.  The public comment will be published tomorrow.
