Dear IDN Guidelines WG members,
Please find attached the notes from the meeting on 22 February 2018.  Please let us know if you have any feedback.  Please also review the Action Items below.
Please also find attached an complete draft of the responses to the public comments.  Kindly review and provide any feedback on this draft for its finalization.
