edits to the Report, and add a section to the report regarding the comments collected. There will be no IFRT meetings during October and November, as the Public Comment does not end until 02 Dec. Prior to December I will coordinate with the co-Chairs on
what will be the most appropriate week to resume Plenary Calls.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
