 hedule:\n\nIf you would like to export your agenda to your personal calend
 aring tool\, sign in on your desktop computer and complete the following s
 teps:\n\n   *   Once signed in > Click on&nbsp\;"Schedule"&nbsp\;tab >&nbs
 p\;"Full Agenda"&nbsp\;or&nbsp\;"My Agenda".\n\n   *   Select&nbsp\;"Expor
 t"&nbsp\;>&nbsp\;"Export Full Agenda (ics)"&nbsp\;or&nbsp\;"Export My Agen
 da (ics)".\n\n   *   A file download will begin and save as&nbsp\;"meeting
 s.ics".\n\n   *   Find the downloaded file> Right click on the file\, sele

 e". You should now see all your sessions on your calendar program in your 
 preferred time zone.\n\n\nOn mobile devices\, simply open the mobile app t
 o see your personal schedule.\n\n\nNOTE: Calendar invites will not include
  remote participation links\, but do include a link to the session details
  page containing the participation links. Participation links will be post
 ed 24-hours prior to the session start times for security purposes.\n\n\n
