<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We received six (6) comments from various community groups, and all six recommended that the Board approve all four (4) of the recommendations on your Initial Report. Now to assist you with your next step,
I have put all the comments we received into 1 document with a Table of Contents. On the first page I created a matrix to pull out the most important text from each of the comments, which you may find useful.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
