<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Because Recommendation 4 requires an amendment to the IANA Naming Function Contract, the Bylaws require that the GNSO & ccNSO Councils approve it. This was actually built into our workplan from the beginning,
but after some internal discussions I’ve discovered we can seek their approval before the Public Comment completes (I had originally planned on handling this after the Public Comment).
