Has ICANN consider the impact such a large number of domains will have 
on users who use them to narrow search results? For example, when I'm 
looking for information on goods or services that I'm not looking to 
buy, I will often tell the search engine to ignore .com and .biz, 
because I don't want to have to search 100,000 hits I'm not interested in.
