[Internal-cg] scheduling meetings

The ICOBS - IANA CONSESUS BUILDERS

sorry, i have read too many contracts, internet governance papers and government statements in the past 48 hours; this had a very bad effect on my sunday afternoon humour. but seriously: it says what we are, or at least what we should try very hard to be.

as to physical meetings: as few as possible please! one to kick off and one to finalise a draft proposal should be sufficient. let  us use the internet to do the coordination part. let us save time and energy to talk to the communities rather than waste time, energy and money to travel, meet and spend time among ourselves.
