[Internal-cg] Naming the group was RE: scheduling meetings

if we want witty and pronounceable, but perhaps too trivial:

MSGFI"X" - Multi Stakeholder Group Facilitating IANA Transition  -- MSG 
however is also an acronym for a preservative added to foods that give 
some people headaches.

I do like including the concept that were are not just meeting and 
making a decision, but facilitating the process by which the decision 
emerges/occurs.

Are we really spending this many cycles on a name?
