[Internal-cg] Editing group to meet at breakfast - 7am

All,

for those volunteers interested in joining, some of us will gather at 7am (for 7.15) at the breakfast cafe.

My task was to move ahead on the "community expectations”, which will be based on Jari’s presentation.  Jari, you are encouraged to join if you are free.  :-)

Attached text has been provided by Joe, for integration into final documentation (as I understand it).
