[Internal-cg] F2F Meeting Schedule

Dear colleagues,

I've been asked to communicate to the ICG by one of the GAC representatives that the proposed 17 October 2014 F2F meeting date would be extremely challenging given the close proximity of the date to the commencement of the ITU Plenipot in Busan, South Korea on 20 October 2014.

Can this issue be taken into consideration when finalizing the F2F Meeting dates?
