[Internal-cg] Primitive notes on scheduling meetings

Rotating slots are a good suggestion. We use it on GNSO council as well.

Best regards

Thanks Paul ..
Fully agree with the suggested days and the time zone selected to use in our
communications (UTC) ..
I'm also very happy with the normal selection of the time of the call, if
colleagues in different time zones can cope ..

Otherwise, an alternative could be to fix a rotation mechanism and share the
pain, i.e. have 3 rotating slots so that each one of us participates, more
or less, to one early morning call, one call during the day and one late
night call, and the rotation repeats .. We used to follow a similar rotation
mechanism for ATRT1 conference calls ..

Just a suggestion ..

Kind Regards

Re teleconferences,

Normally, calls with global participation need to happen around 1200-1400
UTC, which corresponds to early morning on USA west coast, and late evening
in Australia. I’d be happier to have calls in by own business hours, but
that tends to leave others with untenable early morning calls.

So on that assumption, let me put in an advance bid for any calls to occur
on Monday to Thursday only (UTC), giving respect to weekends.

Thanks.
