Thanks Milton, I’m sure you have some good points. 

The balance of "specific vs generic" is going to be difficult (it certainly has been for me).  Perhaps we can ensure that the call is expressed in a way which is as permissive and flexible and possible, which also providing helpful and specific guidance.

Anyway, I look forward to your edits, which I hope will include other specific suggestions which have been shared.
