[Internal-cg] Third F2F meeting - Oct 17

Hi Kavouss,

Indeed I believe the group is aware of this. As mentioned in my previous
note, accommodating the schedules of 32 people plus room scheduling and
translation availability is always going to be a difficult task. For
scheduling around ICANN 51, October 17 is by far the day that works for the
most people, although it is indeed unfortunate that it does not work for
you. I personally am in the same boat with Sept 6, as are several others —
we will not be able to make it due to prior conflicts. I think this is just
something we will have to deal with going forward given how many schedules
we need to balance.

Hopefully we can arrange some meeting time on Oct 16 as well, that is still
in the works.
