[Internal-cg] Draft minutes of 1 October teleconference

If I remember correctly, in London we decided that we wanted detailed minutes.  Personally I would prefer short and focussed minutes, but went with the majority.

We should not criticise Sam for delivering what we asked for.  Having seen her work in the past, I know that she is very good at pulling key information out from a lot of detail and would probably have been very happy to have done succinct.
