Glad you like the graphics.  We thought they helped to demonstrate the ideas
more simply.  I am not sure what you mean by more complicated and sensitive.
The process steps are not sensitive at all, and if you are referring to the
confidentiality of the communications from the TLD operators to the IANA
department regarding their requests, that confidentiality is openly
acknowledged.
