Thanks Samantha for the excellent minutes!
Alissa my opinion is that this short format is suitable for both teleconferences and f2f meetings.

Jean-Jacques.

Hello Alissa

I used an extra short minutes format based on the discussion at the
end of the meeting. The transcript of the meeting aren't on the
website yet, but I captured them from the live version:

 >>ALISSA COOPER: THANK YOU. OKAY. IT SEEMS THAT WE HAVE PEOPLE
SHAKING THEIR HEADS, SOME PEOPLE GIVING THE THUMBS UP. WHAT DO PEOPLE
THINK ABOUT THIS SUGGESTION THAT WE DO SORT OF MINUTES ON THE WEB SITE
AS THE COMPROMISE, I GUESS. THAT'S THE COMPROMISE YOU SUGGESTED. JOE?
BRIEF MINUTES ON THE WEB SITE. YES, OKAY. AND ARE WE OKAY WITH, SAY,
ASKING SAMANTHA TO TRY AND AUTHOR THESE AND CIRCULATE TO US? FOR
TODAY, OBVIOUSLY, YEAH. THAT'S WHAT I'M THINKING ABOUT. HOW DO WE DO
THIS FOR TODAY. YEAH, ARE YOU OKAY TO DO THAT? YOU CAN SAY NO.
>> SAMANTHA: IN THE FULL SET OF MINUTES.
>>ALISSA COOPER: NO, NO, NO, LIKE THE EMAIL WITH A FEW MORE SENTENCES.
>>KAVOUSS ARASTEH: NO PROBLEM WITH DRAFT MINUTES, BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE A DISCLAIMER THAT THIS DRAFT MINUTE THAT THIS DRAFT IS SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION

Please advise what you would like me to do.

Regards
Sam

I thought this was more along the lines of what Lynn was suggesting, so that the public could understand what was achieved at the meeting without having to read even several pages of minutes. Did I misunderstand?
