[Internal-cg] Moderator for Monday Session

Paul, colleagues:

I think we are placing too much emphasis on the "neutrality" of the 
moderator.  Everyone will come to this role with views and baggage, so I 
doubt there is any truly neutral moderator.   The main point we need to 
focus on is to make sure that we have an interactive conversation with 
the audience.  That is what will make the interaction neutral and useful 
- a update on status and procedure followed by a robust exchange of views.
