[Internal-cg] ICG web page comments

FWIW, the web site the (new) secretariat is working with is NOT the one ICANN hosts, but one still not released under the new domain name we will use.

Whether the new secretariat has done a good job or not can therefore not be judged based on the content of the current web site.
