Here is a draft agenda for our January 14 call. We will be discussing more details of some of these items on the mailing list between now and then, but I wanted to circulate a preliminary agenda with time for folks to provide feedback or suggest additional agenda items.

* Proposal assembly and finalization — review volunteers, process, timeline (10 minutes)
