[Internal-cg] Declaration re Conflict of Interests

Hi all,

I would like this information to be recorded in the ICG minutes:

I am a member of the board of trustees of ISOC. I therefore did not 
participate in any discussions or the decision to appoint ISOC-SG 
chapter as the secretariat for the ICG due to this potential conflict of 
interest.
