My 2cts:

ICG Chairs (present) on stage, no ICG members.
If we can agree, we might have a rapporteur for each proposal clearly 
identified and they might be on stage and speak to "their" proposal.

Different moderator. ICG chairs should be free to speak for the ICG. 
Moderator is a different role.

No special microphones for ICG. For us it is about receiving first and 
transmitting second.
