As our CG Charter is currently up for comments, then there should be a proper comments process with designated channel/s for people to contribute.

<p class="MsoNormal">- secretariat to create a specific email/mailing list for comments submission to CG ( e.g cg-comments@xxxx ), the submitted contributions can be available online as well.<o:p></o:p></p>
