As mentioned in my previous note, accommodating the schedules of 32 people plus room scheduling and translation availability is always going to be a difficult task. For scheduling around ICANN 51, October 17 is by far the day that works for the most people, although it is indeed unfortunate that it does not work for you. I personally am in the same boat with Sept 6, as are several others — we will not be able to make it due to prior conflicts. Is the suggestion to meet _after_ that? Or is the request that the ICANN Board Meeting can be earlier (or we hope it will be earlier) so we meet in whatever time there is between board meeting ends and we reach 7PM (or something like that)?<br><br>
