I am sympathetic to the concern raised by Kavous that we need a
stable draft to consider on the call so that everyone will have had
an opportunity to review.... there will be opportunities on the call
to raise any residual concerns. can we at least suggest that at
least 4 hours before the call a final draft for consideration will
be posted so that we are all on the same page?<br>
