                                          surely be other venues where

                                          particular meetings in this
                                          document. And Iím not sure why
                                          we would need to specifically
                                          meet the ICANN Board in order
                                          to send them the final
                                          proposal, particularly in
                                          light the statement of
                                          finalization steps that we now
