Here is the agenda for our Adobe conference call today at 19:00 UTC:



[NOTE: I am attaching draft language from Malcolm on the 'Time for Filing' issue - we will include this language in the overall draft once we gather other changes from this call.]



1.      Intro/Attendance/SOI;



2.      Standing Panel - SO/AC preparations;



3.      Admin: Comments on plans:



   a.   'Time for Filing' issue and consensus call;



   b.   Nature of our final report;



   c.   Treating USP in two 'buckets' idea.



4.      Begin working  through draft final report



5.      AOB or other issues-discussion, as time allows.
