[IOT] IOT plans

Dear members of the IRP IOT,



It was nice to see some of you at ICANN61 last week during a very busy schedule there.



Now that ICANN61 is over and we ate catching back up I want to mention a few things about our plans to continue our work.



First, on the repose issue, I said I would go back in the archives to do a deep dive on what has happened so far - I started that work but with Adobe down it may take a bit longer than I had hoped. Bernie will let us know how things are progressing with the Adobe issue.



Meantime, we should explore further the 'two buckets' idea - of releasing the rules we are finished with while we wrap up work on repose and possibly other open items.



In this regard, I may send to the list a treatment of specifying the 'required elements' of an IRP complaint (see Bylaw section 4.3(n)(iv)(C)). I am thinking that that will probably not be a difficult issue to address.



So, I will be writing more in the next week and look forward to connecting again.
