  *   DM – will propose language to answer MH’s concerns regarding the text for the public consultation on rule 4.
  *   DM – will publish a draft position on Joinder and Types of Hearings
  *   DM – will comment on rule 4 for the interim rules vs ICANN Legal proposal.
  *   LL – will publish draft text on Translation
