Here is the agenda and materials for our upcoming call:


  1.  Rewview agenda and updates to SOIs
  2.  Action items from last meeting

     *   • SP to produce a strawman draft for the group by next meeting with respect to intervening, amicus etc.
2 • SE, EL – Produce a clean version of the translation document based on the revised document and current discussions and consensus.
3 • SE, EL – Document time limits from other contexts which could be used as reference by the IOT.
4 • SE – Will review the Procedures Officer text currently in the rules based on past experience and current discussions for consideration by the IOT.

  1.  Timing considerations - Review of LL document.
  2.  Translation - review of LL updated draft
  3.  Consolidation, intervention and participation as amicus:

     *   Options for role of Procedures Officer; LL email of 10/8
     *   Initial review of strawperson text for rule 7 (to follow)

  1.  Next meeting – can we meet on 8 September?  I’m on vacation on 1 September, for the whole week
