Hi all

Looking forward to our call tomorrow.

We have an agenda item to agree the time of future calls and whether to have a single fixed time or rotate. It would presumably be helpful in deciding that for members to indicate our predominant timezones. So, to kick off:

  *   London UK: UTC

================================

All,
First for all those who are new to the IOT we would like to welcome you to the restartt of the working group and look forward to your participation.
We are proposing to hold our first introductory and coordination meeting of the reconstituted group on Thursday December 19th, 2019 at 14:00 UTC (09:00 Washington) for 60 minutes.
The agenda for this first meeting would be:
· Introduction of all participants - 1 to 2 minutes per particpant
· History of the IOT and remaining topics by David McAuley
·  Meeting schedules going forward:
o Start of regular weeekly meetings on the week of January 13th.
o Duration of calls 60 minutes.
o Which day of the week?
o Fixed time (each meeting at the same time of day) or rotating time (usually +8 hours from the time of the previous call)?
o Zoom is the teleconferencing application currently being used by ICANN
· Should the group meet during ICANN meetings for 90 to 120 minutes (who is planning on attending ICANN Cancun?)? If there is a desire to do so it would be useful to know at this time so that facilites can be reserved for this.
The leadership of the group would be a subject for the first meeting in the new year.
Please advise if you cannot join this meeting.
Thank You.

Hi everyone – looking forward to working with you all!

Bernard (or David), would you mind re-posting David’s original agenda please. Since this was only contained in the cancelled calendar invite we do not have a record of it (or any of the replies) on the mailing list.

Many thanks and happy holidays to those who celebrate at this time of year.
