[IOT] IRP-IOT Update and Cancelling call on Tuesday 26 May

Hi all
Bernard has pulled together a background document on Consolidation, Intervention and Participation as an Amicus, that we discussed on the last call, which includes all the discussion in meetings and relevant emails.  It's much more lengthy than I had expected and so I confess it is taking me longer to review than I had anticipated.  In order to make it, and our discussion on this topic, as useful as possible for all of you, I am going through it and my aim is to distil out the highlights which I will circulate with the longer document early next week.  On that basis, I'm proposing to cancel the call fixed for next Tuesday so that we can reconvene for the following call fully briefed.
