Hi all
For our upcoming call I hope we can continue the progress from last time of considering areas of compromise on the concept of a repose.  I’m attaching a couple of slides, in which I have tried to pull out the areas which seem to me, based on that discussion, to have scope for crafting a possible compromise. We don’t have Flip’s expanded proposal yet, so I have not specifically incorporated that, beyond the notion that there might be different treatment for different types of dispute I hope that we can explore this in more detail, together with any other suggestions, of course.
