[IOT] IOT Consolidation Sub-Group - Change of time for the next call.

All members of the Consolidation Sub-Group,

Please note that the time for our next call has been moved up 30 minutes as
such instead of starting on January 18th at 19:00 UTC it will start at
18:30 UTC due to a scheduling issue for Susan.

The correction to the calendar invitation will be made over the next few
days (Brenda is currently on holidays).
