[IOT] Cancelling IOT - Consolidation sub-group and rescheduling

Consolidation subteam
With apologies, I am going to cancel the consolidation team call we are due to have today and would propose instead to get together on Friday at 1500 UTC if you all can make it.  I am making good progress on updating draft rule 7 to capture all of our points of agreement and the areas we wish to refer to the plenary group, but I would like you all to have had time to review this before we meet and so plan to use the time set aside in my schedule for the call today to get this finished off.

I hope that is OK, and hope you are able to make a call on Friday.
