Dear Susan,
Good timE
I have certain difficulties to properly understand the meaning of the
following Teems .
Shall seek leave?
Leave to file?
Who i IRP Provider ?
Request for leave?
Moreover, references are made in different places " under the Bylaws. We
need to precise which clause of the Bylaws
Moreover ,I categorically object to four years deadline.
I could reluctantly agree with three years
I have raised these questions several times but no convincing answers were
provided.
I am fully aware of what I am saying and what I say is the shortcoming or
ambiguous terms which must be clarified
Failure to resolve these points I will not agree to the proposed text under
any circumstances
Regards
Kavouss Arasteh
