Belatedly, here is the agenda for today's call.  Speak to you shortly.


  1.  Review agenda and updates to SOIs
  2.  Action items:
     *   ICANN Legal will review the ICDR Form for Initiation of an IRP and Update
     *   SP locate and recirculate information regarding ICANN payment of filing fee (see attachments to the two attached emails)
  3.  Second read through of proposal on initiation; discussion on next steps
  4.  Next call 28 February
  5.  AOB
